A content conveyor
The secret isn't "write a post" but the brief: goal, audience, format, tone, call to action. The fuller the brief, the fewer edits.
[GOAL] Get people to sign up for a webinar. [AUDIENCE] Early-stage entrepreneurs. [FORMAT] A Telegram post, up to 600 characters. [TONE] Friendly, no hype. [CTA] Link at the end, one call.
(brief above) + topic: how AI saves time on routine
Drowning in routine? In a free webinar we'll show 5 tasks AI takes off your plate starting tomorrow — from newsletters to reports. No magic, no jargon. Grab a seat →
Techniques that speed you up
- In batches: "give 5 posts for the week on one topic, different angles".
- Rewrite: "turn this article into 3 social posts".
- Adapt: "shorten for stories" / "expand into an article".
- Headlines: "10 headline options: some with a number, some with a question".
Exercise
Build a five-field brief for your typical post and run it. Save the brief as a template — it's the core of your content conveyor.
Verify facts and figures before publishing: the brand is responsible for accuracy, not the model.
