Account data: your email address and authentication data. Usage data: course progress, completed-lesson markers, and basic technical logs.

We do NOT collect or store payment data (card numbers, etc.). Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd as Merchant of Record; Paddle receives the data needed to process the payment under its own privacy policy.

3. How we use data

To provide course access, save your progress, offer support, keep the Service secure, improve it, and meet legal obligations.

4. Who we share with

Service providers that run the platform: Supabase (authentication and database), Paddle (payments and tax), and our hosting provider. Each processes data under its own terms and only as needed to provide the service.

5. Retention and security

We keep data while your account exists and as required by law, and apply reasonable safeguards. No method of transmission over the internet is fully secure.

6. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing support@skilvy.io. Deleting your account removes associated data except where we must retain it by law.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for sign-in and Service operation. Any analytics/marketing cookies, if introduced, will respect your choices.
