Updated: 2026-07-18

1. The Service

Skilvy (the "Service") is an online platform for learning to work with artificial intelligence, operated by [Legal entity name] ("we"). The Service provides access to digital, text-based courses with examples and quizzes. There are no physical goods or downloadable files.

2. Payments and reseller

Our order process is conducted by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd and its affiliates (paddle.com). Paddle handles payments, invoicing, and tax. Paddle's terms also apply to your purchase.

We sell digital access in two ways: (a) a subscription (Pro and Team plans) billed monthly; (b) a one-time purchase of permanent access to a single course. Prices are in US dollars (USD).

3. Account

A paid account is required to access paid material. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information.

4. Subscription and renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled. You may cancel any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Billing and cancellation are managed through Paddle.

5. Intellectual property and acceptable use

All course materials are owned by us or lawfully licensed, and are provided for personal learning. You may not copy, resell, publicly distribute, or share access with third parties without our written permission.

6. Educational nature and disclaimers

All content is educational only. Courses on sensitive topics (health, legal, finance) are informational and do not replace professional medical, legal, or financial advice.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms and the Service. Material changes will be posted on this page. We may suspend access for breach of these Terms.
