Refund Policy

1. Overview
Skilvy sells digital access to educational courses. Payments and refunds are handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd.
2. Subscriptions
You may request a refund within 14 days of your first charge if the material has not been substantially used. You can cancel renewal at any time — access continues until the end of the paid period, and no further charges are made.
3. One-time course purchases
A refund for a separately purchased course is available within 14 days of purchase if the course has not been substantially completed.
4. How to request a refund
Email support@skilvy.io with your purchase email and order details, or contact Paddle buyer support at paddle.net. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within the payment provider's timelines.
5. Exceptions
Refunds may be declined in cases of abuse (for example, repeated buy-then-refund after fully completing the material) or breach of the Terms of Service. This does not limit your statutory consumer rights.
