Every day we do dozens of identical actions: copy data from an email into a table, save attachments, send standard notifications. No-code automation lets you connect services so this happens on its own — without a single line of code. And AI adds "brains": text understanding, decisions, generation.

What no-code automation is

These are tools where you assemble a process from blocks with a mouse: "when X happens to do Y to then Z". For example: "an email with a receipt arrives to extract the amount to write it into a table to send a notification". Everything is set up visually, like a construction kit.

Every day I manually move website leads into a table and write "received" to the client. Can this be automated?
Yes, a classic scenario. The scheme: 1) Trigger — a new lead from the website form. 2) Action — add a row to the table with the lead data. 3) Action — send the client an auto-email "We got your request, will reply within a day". It is set up in a no-code tool in half an hour and then runs itself. You can add AI to also sort leads by importance. We will cover this in the course.

Why this changes the rules

Automation used to require a programmer. Now an ordinary person assembles working processes themselves. This saves hours a week and removes boring routine, freeing time for the important. And pairing with AI makes automations "smart" rather than merely mechanical.
