About this course

This course is about automating repetitive routine work without developers — through no-code scenarios with AI steps inside them. It solves the problem of manual operations that eat time every week but feel too small to bring in an engineer for, and too annoying to keep doing by hand.

The course moves from inventorying your routine and calculating payback, to the grammar of a scenario (trigger, action, condition), embedding an AI step with structured output and response checking, working through typical scenarios (inquiries, data merging, documents, reporting), and reliability drills: breaking a scenario four different ways and teaching it not to fall over.

It's for people who want to take repetitive operations off their own and their team's plate without becoming a developer. No programming needed, but you'll need a real process to actually automate as you go through the course.

What you'll learn

• Test a scenario on real data, not idealized data
