The head is not for storage — it is for thinking
While tasks spin in your head, they create anxiety and "background noise". The first step of productivity is a dump: write everything down in a row, without order. Then AI helps turn this jumble into structure.
Step 1: dump without a filter
Just list everything hanging in your head — tasks, ideas, worries, "must not forget". Do not sort at this stage, the point is to get it out. You can dictate it or jot a list.
Step 2: AI brings order
Phrase as actions
"Mom" is not a task. "Call mom about the weekend" is a task. Ask AI to rephrase the vague into concrete verb-actions. A clear wording means less resistance to start.
Regular unloading
Do this dump regularly — say, once a week and at the end of the day. It is like "clearing the cache": the head unloads, anxiety drops, and AI quickly orders the list each time.
Rule: if a task spins in your head for more than a couple of minutes, dump it. What is written down stops pressing.
