About this course

This course covers applying AI across project management — from framing the problem to running the retrospective. It solves a problem every project lead knows: the plan goes stale within a week, risks only live in a slide deck, and nobody reads the status report.

The training runs on your current project: 'Plan' covers breaking down work and estimating timelines under three scenarios; 'Risks and Changes' covers keeping a live risk register and spotting early signs a project is drifting; 'Communication' covers writing status reports people actually read and adapting one message for different audiences. The final project is a management package with a team workload calculation.

The course is for project managers and anyone running a project without a formal PM title. You'll need a real, current project — every practical assignment runs on it. No prior methodology or certification is required to start.
