About this course

This course is for company leaders who need to make real decisions about AI initiatives, not just track the trend. It addresses why most AI projects never deliver: initiatives get picked by hype, impact isn't calculated before the pilot, and nobody owns the failure.

The training is built around decisions an executive actually makes: 'Selection and Prioritization' covers screening scenarios against criteria and calculating impact before a pilot; 'Data and Readiness' covers honestly diagnosing data readiness and choosing between build, buy, or connect; 'People and Change' covers handling resistance and drafting employee announcements. The final project is an AI portfolio governance system framed as an executive decision.

The course is for company and division leaders who make or own AI initiative decisions in front of a board. No technical background is required — you'll need your company's real processes and at least one AI proposal currently under review.
